Why the name DeLucia Script?

“DeLucia” is a family last name that means of the light.
Before you were in the business world, you started in a family, where we all began to communicate and express ourselves. Your freelance writer, Wendy Snodgrass, has family that has expressed themselves in a variety of ways…a physician, nurses, farmers, musicians, restaurant owners...all who have taught her the importance of doing what you believe in and doing it to your fullest potential.

DeLucia Script is named in memory of Grandma DeLucia, who after raising four kids, including twins, became a nurse at 55 years old. She was awarded nurse of the year at 75.

As writer and co-owner, Wendy has taken her respect and pride for both sides of her maiden family, and her passion for writing, and combined them with two words: DeLucia Script. She will put that same pride into your projects; she will illuminate your script.
